• Place 1-2 table spoons of Organic, Cold.-pressed Castor Oil onto the cotton cloth provided.
• Place the castor oil over the infected or painful area and cover with plastic to protect your clothes
• Place a piece of material over the plastic
• Place a hot water bottle over the castor oil pack
